Good Morning!

There was no trading in US stocks yesterday due to Memorial Day. Nevertheless, it was possible to trade in American futures. The E-mini S&P 500 future closed 0.08% higher yesterday and the E-mini Nasdaq 100 future closed the quiet trading day at plus 0.15%. Furthermore, the E-mini Dow Jones future closed 0.22% higher. When it is a public holiday in the US, but there is the option to trade the futures, it is usually a very quiet trading day. Yesterday turned out to be no different.Zoom Video Communications and HP are currently publishing quarterly results. These will be announced after the close of the market. Light Sweet Crude appears to be well on its way to $ 70 per barrel. Today there is a meeting between the OPEC + countries to discuss the further course of production. The OPEC + meeting will be closely followed by both oil products traders and analysts forecasting inflation.

Sundial Growers Inc. (SNDL) stock soared 11.34% to $1.08 in the pre-market trading.The company recently snapped up cannabis retailer Inner Spirit Holdings.)

Pinduoduo (PDD) shares are trading up 5.13% at $131.29 at the time of writing. The company reported that revenue for the first quarter rose 239% to 22.2 billion yuan ($3.4 billion) in the three months ended March, beating consensus analyst estimates.

Cloudera Inc (CLDR) grew over 25.43% at $16.13 in pre-market trading today following the agreement to be acquired for $16 a share in cash by funds advised by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice LLC and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P..

Cowen turned bullish on Boeing Co (BA), upgrading the stock to "Outperform" and assigning a $290 price target.

Devon Energy Corp (DVN) has won the favor of Raymond James’ equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Outperform to Strong Buy and moved their price target to $40.

EPR Properties (EPR) received an upgrade from analysts at Raymond Jame. They changed their rating on EPR to Strong Buy from Market Perform in a recently issued research note.

Earlier Tuesday Goldman Sachs reduced its rating on F5 Networks, Inc. (FFIV) stock to Sell from Neutral and moved their price target to $165.

Goldman Sachs analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Lumentum Holdings Inc (LITE) has been changed to Neutral from Buy.

Analysts expect Lizhi Inc. (NASDAQ:LIZI) to report a net income (adjusted) of -$0.27 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Mar 2021 is predicted to come in at $73.4M.

Zoom Video Communications Inc. (ZM), due to announce earnings after the market closes today, is expected to report earnings of $0.99 per share from revenues of $906.03M recently concluded three-month period.
