Good Morning!Futures surged as Traders are looking forward to Wednesday's Federal Reserve interest rate decision as they leave behind a profitable month.Dow Jones Industrial Average futures rose 104 points, or 0.32%. Both S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 futures rose 0.35%.As investors turned from technology and backed stalwarts like banks, the Dow ended up 13.95%, the best month since 1976. There was an 8% increase on the S&P 500 and a 3.9% increase on the Nasdaq Composite.The Nasdaq was weighed down at times by big tech giants' disappointing earnings last week. The Dow Index rose over the course of the week as Caterpillar and McDonald's reported strong earnings.There are three companies reporting earnings before the bell on Tuesday, including Uber, Pfizer, and Fox, and two after the bell, including Advanced Micro Devices and Airbnb.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades
Barclays turned bullish on First Solar Inc. (FSLR), upgrading the stock to Equal-Weight and assigning a $162 price target, representing potential upside of 11.29% from Monday's close.
Gogo Inc. (GOGO) has won the favor of Morgan Stanley's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Underweight to Equal-Weight and moved their price target to $15, suggesting 5.49% additional upside for the stock.
Monster Beverage Corporation (MNST) received an upgrade from analysts at JP Morgan, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $106. They changed their rating on MNST to Overweight from Neutral in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Tuesday Credit Suisse reduced its rating on The Charles Schwab Corporation (SCHW) stock to Neutral from Outperform and assigned the price target to $84.
Canaccord Genuity analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Stryker Corporation (SYK) has been changed to Hold from Buy and the new price target is set at $220.
Analysts at RBC Capital downgraded Union Pacific Corporation (UNP)'s stock to Underperform from Sector Perform Tuesday.

Top US earnings releases scheduled for today include Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY). It will announce its Sep 2022 financial results. The company is expected to report earnings of $1.96 per share from revenues of $6.89B in the three-month period.
Analysts expect Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) to report a net income (adjusted) of $1.39 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Sep 2022 is predicted to come in at $21.04B.
Uber Technologies Inc. (UBER), due to announce earnings before the market opens today, is expected to report earnings of -$0.22 per share from revenues of $8.12B recently concluded three-month period.
