Good Morning!A marginal rise in stock futures was reported Wednesday as investors prepared for the Federal Reserve's latest policy decision.Nasdaq 100 futures and S&P 500 futures both traded 0.1% higher. There was just a 3 point increase in Dow Jones Industrial Average futures.In an attempt to combat high inflation, the Fed is widely expected to boost rates by 0.75 percentage points, its fourth such increase in a row. Also, participants in the market are hoping the central bank will slow its rate hikes come December.After mixed economic data is released on Tuesday, the central bank is expected to announce its decision.In October, the percentage of companies reporting expansion fell by 0.9 percentage points from September. In the meantime, for every worker available, JOLTS reports 1.9 job openings.Additionally, investors will be monitoring mortgage application data and ADP's employment report, both of which are due on Wednesday.Health-care companies such as CVS Health, Humana, and GlaxoSmithKline are scheduled to report earnings on Wednesday.

Novo Nordisk A/S (NVO) stock soared 1.33% to $107.85 in the pre-market trading after reporting that its sales increased by 26% in Danish kroner and by 16% at constant exchange rates to DKK 128.9 billion in the first nine months of 2022.

LSI Industries Inc. (NASDAQ: LYTS) stock moved down -0.16 percent to $150.41 in the pre-market trading following the release of fiscal 2023 Q1 results and quarterly cash dividend.

Arcturus Therapeutics Holdings Inc. (ARCT) grew over 32.39% at $24.2 in pre-market trading today after announcing collaboration with CSL to develop and commercialize self-amplifying mRNA Vaccines.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD), a Semiconductors company, rose about 4.24% at $62.19 in pre-market trading Wednesday. The company recently declared Q3 2022 financial results.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades

Baird turned bullish on Premier Inc. (PINC), upgrading the stock to "Outperform" from Neutral.

KKR & Co. Inc. (KKR) has won the favor of BofA's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Neutral to Buy.

IPG Photonics Corporation (IPGP) received an upgrade from analysts at Raymond James. They changed their rating on IPGP to Market Perform from Underperform in a recently issued research note.

Earlier Wednesday Credit Suisse reduced its rating on Nasdaq Inc. (NDAQ) stock to Neutral from Outperform and assigned the price target to $57.

Deutsche Bank analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Abiomed Inc. (ABMD) has been changed to Hold from Buy and the new price target is set at $388.

Analysts at Wolfe Research downgraded Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. (CLF)'s stock to Underperform from Peer Perform Wednesday.

Top US earnings releases scheduled for today include CVS Health Corporation (NYSE: CVS). It will announce its Sep 2022 financial results. The company is expected to report earnings of $1.99 per share from revenues of $76.75B in the three-month period.

Analysts expect Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM) to report a net income (adjusted) of $6.28 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Sep 2022 is predicted to come in at $22.76B.

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. (EL), due to announce earnings before the market opens today, is expected to report earnings of $1.31 per share from revenues of $3.93B recently concluded three-month period.
