Good Morning!Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell is scheduled to issue his latest commentary Tuesday, and futures for stocks were marginally higher as investors awaited the remarks.Dow Jones Industrial Average futures rose 3 points, or 0.02%, while S&P 500 futures rose 0.2%. Nasdaq-100 futures were up 0.35%.As for earnings, Pinterest shares fell 3% in the premarket on disappointing revenue and weak outlooks, while Chegg plunged more than 23% on poor forecasts. Growth stocks were pressured by rising bond yields after another down day for markets.As the earnings season continues, Chipotle, DuPont, and Royal Caribbean will report results on Tuesday. Based on FactSet data, more than half of S&P 500 companies have reported earnings, with about 69% exceeding expectations.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades
HC Wainwright & Co. turned bullish on Cipher Mining Inc. (CIFR), upgrading the stock to "Buy" and assigning a $3 price target, representing potential upside of 64.84% from Monday's close.
Pfizer Inc. (PFE) has won the favor of Daiwa Capital's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Neutral to Outperform and moved their price target to $51, suggesting 16.53% additional upside for the stock.
Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) received an upgrade from analysts at Credit Suisse, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $510. They changed their rating on LMT to Outperform from Underperform in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Tuesday Telsey Advisory Group reduced its rating on The Children's Place Inc. (PLCE) stock to Market Perform from Outperform and assigned the price target to $46.
Raymond James analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (publ) (ERIC) has been changed to Market Perform from Outperform.
Analysts at UBS downgraded ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. (ZI)'s stock to Buy from Neutral Tuesday.

Analysts expect Catalent Inc. (NYSE: CTLT) to report a net income (adjusted) of $0.69 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Dec 2022 is predicted to come in at $1.12B.
The Carlyle Group Inc. (CG), due to announce earnings before the market opens today, is expected to report earnings of $0.96 per share from revenues of $1.02B recently concluded three-month period.
