Trading on November 5 at the main American stock markets ended in the green zone. The S&P 500 rose 0.37% to 4698 points, the Nasdaq added 0.2%, the Dow Jones climbed 0.56%. The leaders of growth were the energy sectors (+ 1.42%) against the background of positive dynamics of oil prices and industry (+ 0.99%) due to the recovery in the aviation industry. The healthcare sector was an outsider (-1.03%) due to pressure from Pfizer's COVID-19 drug (PFE) on vaccine manufacturers.Ahead of the Christmas shopping season, supply chain disruptions remain the focus of the market. The problem is compounded by strong demand: thanks to incentive checks, higher wages and higher asset values, household savings have reached $ 2 trillion. According to BofA analysts, in October card spending increased by 20% compared to the same period in 2019. NRF forecasts retail sales growth in November-December by no less than 8.5%, to a new record. Excess demand in the US and rising consumer spending could lead to a longer period of price increases than the Fed expects.

JP Morgan turned bullish on BTRS Holdings Inc. (BTRS), upgrading the stock to "Overweight" and assigning a $15.00 price target, representing potential upside of 79.43% from Friday's close.

Amcor plc (AMCR) has won the favor of Benchmark's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Hold to Buy and moved their price target to $125.00.

Accel Entertainment Inc. (ACEL) received an upgrade from analysts at Deutsche Bank. They changed their rating on ACEL to Buy from Hold in a recently issued research note.

Earlier Monday BTIG reduced its rating on Ellington Residential Mortgage REIT (EARN) stock to Neutral from Buy

HC Wainwright & Co. analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Calithera Biosciences Inc. (CALA) has been changed to Neutral from Buy.

Analysts at Stifel downgraded Deciphera Pharmaceuticals Inc. (DCPH)'s stock to Hold from Buy Monday.

Analysts expect PayPal Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:PYPL) to report a net income (adjusted) of $1.07 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Sep 2021 is predicted to come in at $6.23B.

AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. (AMC), due to announce earnings after the market closes today, is expected to report earnings of -$0.53 per share from revenues of $708.25M recently concluded three-month period.
