The session on March 31, the main US stock markets ended in the red zone. The S&P 500 lost 1.57% to 4,530 points, the Dow Jones fell 1.56% and the high-tech Nasdaq corrected 1.54%. All sectors included in the broad market index showed a decrease on the last day of trading of the month, while financial companies (-2.32%) and telecoms (-2.01%) looked worse than others.Company news

Datadog (DDOG: +1.2%) announced a partnership with Microsoft on the Azure Cloud Adoption Framework. Azure customers will now be able to use Datadog's monitoring and security capabilities.
Sharecare (SHCR: -25.2%) posted a worse-than-expected fourth-quarter revenue and announced that it is simplifying its product line by suspending support for COVID-19 vaccines.

GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME) shares are trading up 14.97% at $191.52 at the time of writing after the company stated that it planned to implement a stock split.
Cidara Therapeutics Inc. (CDTX) grew over 5.92% at $0.882 in pre-market trading today following an announcement from the company that the first cohort of healthy volunteers has been dosed in its phase 1 trial of CD388 for Universal Prevention and treatment of seasonal and pandemic influenza.

JP Morgan turned bullish on Comerica Incorporated (CMA), upgrading the stock to "Overweight" and assigning a $115.00 price target, representing potential upside of 27.17% from Thursday's close.
Vertiv Holdings Co (VRT) has won the favor of JP Morgan's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Neutral to Overweight and moved their price target to $18.00, suggesting 28.57% additional upside for the stock.
Tellurian Inc. (TELL) received an upgrade from analysts at Credit Suisse, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $8.00. They changed their rating on TELL to Outperform from Neutral in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Friday Stifel reduced its rating on Poshmark Inc. (POSH) stock to Hold from Buy and assigned the price target to $15.00.
JP Morgan analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for BankUnited Inc. (BKU) has been changed to Neutral from Overweight and the new price target is set at $50.00.
Analysts at Goldman Schs downgraded Amylyx Pharmaceuticals Inc. (AMLX)'s stock to Neutral from Buy Thursday.
