Good Morning!Wednesday morning stock futures rose as investors awaited the latest inflation data and the minutes of the Federal Reserve meeting.There was an increase of 138 points, or 0.47%, in Dow Jones Industrial Average futures. Nasdaq 100 futures rose 0.77% and S&P 500 futures rose 0.59%.The moves followed a decline in the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite for their fifth consecutive day. After rallying earlier in the session, the Dow ended up about 36 points higher, but has since given up most of its gains.Announcing that it will be ending its market intervention soon and pension funds have just three days to rebalance their portfolios, stocks dropped off their highs and bond yields ticked up.Investors are keenly awaiting the Bureau of Labor Statistics' September producer price index, which measures final-demand wholesale prices. Dow Jones economists are forecasting a 0.2% increase in headline PPI, after a 0.1% drop the previous month.Later on today, the Federal Reserve will also release the minutes of its September meeting. Meanwhile the Federal Reserve will continue to fight inflation despite Jerome Powell acknowledging that aggressive interest rate increases may be unpleasant.

Morgan Stanley turned bullish on Fortive Corporation (FTV), upgrading the stock to Overweight and assigning a $73 price target, representing potential upside of 23.54% from Tuesday's close.

NOV Inc. (NOV) has won the favor of Citigroup's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Neutral to Buy and moved their price target to $25, suggesting 39.9% additional upside for the stock.

Dutch Bros Inc. (BROS) received an upgrade from analysts at JP Morgan. They changed their rating on BROS to Overweight from Neutral in a recently issued research note.

Earlier Wednesday Morgan Stanley reduced its rating on Stanley Black & Decker Inc. (SWK) stock to Equal-Weight from Overweight and assigned the price target to $82.

Citigroup analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Pioneer Natural Resources Company (PXD) has been changed to Neutral from Buy and the new price target is set at $240.

Analysts at BTIG downgraded Skillz Inc. (SKLZ)'s stock to Sell from Neutral Wednesday.
