Good Morning!Futures markets were cautious Wednesday morning as investors anticipate the Federal Reserve's latest decision on interest rate hikes to combat inflation.There was a 22-point gain, or 0.06%, in Dow futures. A 0.1% increase was seen in the Nasdaq 100 futures, while the S&P 500 futures were roughly flat.Tuesday's regular trading saw stocks rise for a second day, boosted by a lower-than-expected inflation report. Dow Jones economists expected the November consumer price index to rise 7.3% on the year in November, but instead it was 7.1%. There was also a smaller increase from the previous month of 0.1%.Stocks benefited from last week's inflation signal since it suggests the Fed may be nearing an end to rate hikes or switching to rate cuts, which would be a positive for stocks.Wednesday is the last day for the central bank to meet and deliver its latest rate hike. The market generally expects a 50 basis point increase - or half a percentage point - which is smaller than four successive 75 basis point increases. A basis point is equal to one hundredth of one percent.The Fed's chair will also speak Wednesday, providing further insight into what we can expect from the Fed in 2023.

Keybanc turned bullish on EastGroup Properties Inc. (EGP), upgrading the stock to Overweight and assigning a $170 price target, representing potential upside of 8.41% from Tuesday's close.

Physicians Realty Trust (DOC) has won the favor of Keybanc's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Sector Weight to Overweight and moved their price target to $17, suggesting 13.22% additional upside for the stock.

ANSYS Inc. (ANSS) received an upgrade from analysts at Baird, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $295. They changed their rating on ANSS to Outperform from Neutral in a recently issued research note.

Earlier Wednesday Goldman Sachs reduced its rating on QuantumScape Corporation (QS) stock to Sell from Neutral and assigned the price target to $5.

Baird analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Certara Inc. (CERT) has been changed to Neutral from Outperform and the new price target is set at $19.

Analysts at RBC Capital downgraded Healthpeak Properties Inc. (PEAK)'s stock to Sector Perform from Outperform Wednesday.
