Good Morning!

On June 11, trading on American stock markets ended in the green zone. The S&P 500 rose 0.19% to close at a new record of 4247 points, the Nasdaq climbed 0.35% and the Dow Jones gained 0.04%. Better than the market at the last session traded companies in the finance sector (+ 0.61%) and IT (+ 0.56%). The outsiders were the health care (-0.73%) and real estate (-0.37%) sectors. In general, the trading session was calm, and growth stocks continued to outperform stocks of value. The focus of this week will be on the Fed's decision on further monetary policy.Technically, the S&P 500 is still in a long-term uptrend. On the eve of the broad market index managed to complete the trading session above the previous all-time high. The RSI indicator indicates the relative strength of the bulls, while the MACD remains in positive territory, so the upward movement is most likely to continue. The nearest target for the “bulls” is the level of 4300 points.

Entasis Therapeutics Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ETTX) shares are trading up 34.7% at $3.61 at the time of writing. The firm had announced the closing of the second tranche of the $35 million common stock and warrant investment by Innoviva, Inc. (NASDAQ: INVA).

Luokung Technology Corp. (LKCO) grew over 20.34% at $2.13 in pre-market trading today after President Joe Biden had issued an order on June 3 to address threats from investors that finance certain Chinese companies.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades

Raymond James turned bullish on Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. (CMG), upgrading the stock to Strong Buy and assigning a $1800.00 price target, representing potential upside of 31.69% from Friday's close.

DCP Midstream LP (DCP) has won the favor of Raymond James' equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Outperform to Strong Buy and moved their price target to $35.00, suggesting 4.24% additional upside for the stock.

Autolus Therapeutics plc (AUTL) received an upgrade from analysts at Jefferies, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $12.00. They changed their rating on AUTL to Buy from Hold in a recently issued research note.

Earlier Monday Citi reduced its rating on Core Laboratories N.V. (CLB) stock to Sell from Neutral and assigned the price target to $36.00. .

Baird analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Physicians Realty Trust (DOC) has been changed to Neutral from Outperform and the new price target is set at $20.00.

Analysts at Bernstein downgraded Diageo plc (DEO)'s stock to Market Perform from Outperform Friday.

Important Earnings

Top US earnings releases scheduled for today include Motorcar Parts of America Inc. (NASDAQ:MPAA). It will announce its Mar 2021 financial results. The company is expected to report earnings of $0.64 per share from revenues of $153.3M in the three-month period.

Analysts expect Concrete Pumping Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:BBCP) to report a net income (adjusted) of $0.02 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Apr 2021 is predicted to come in at $73.99M.

RF Industries Ltd. (RFIL), due to announce earnings after the market closes today, is expected to report earnings of $0.01 per share from revenues of $11.08M recently concluded three-month period.
