U.S. stock exchanges finished the trading session on June 15 with positive results. S&P 500 rose 1.46% to 3790, Nasdaq rose 2.50% and Dow Jones rose 1.00%. In terms of growth, discretionary goods (+2.81%) and telecoms (+2.47%) led the way. Negative dynamics were seen among energy companies (-2.21%) and raw material suppliers (-0.03%). Company news
Boeing (BA: +9.46%) is working to stabilize the production and supply of 737 MAX aircraft. Prior to that, China Southern Airlines successfully test-flew the 737 MAX, signaling that the use of this type of aircraft may resume in China due to high demand for air travel.
A new electric car model, the ES7, was unveiled by Nio (NIO: +7.77%), which is Nio's most powerful production vehicle to date. ES7 will go on sale at the end of August.
There will be a recall for 2.9 million Fords built between 2013 and 2021 due to transmission problems. An automaker's product was recalled for the third time in a week.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades
Morgan Stanley turned bullish on AutoZone Inc. (AZO), upgrading the stock to Overweight and assigning a $2420 price target, representing potential upside of 20.16% from Wednesday's close.
Dollar General Corporation (DG) has won the favor of Morgan Stanley's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Eual-Weight to Overweight and moved their price target to $250, suggesting 7.52% additional upside for the stock.
The Boeing Company (BA) received an upgrade from analysts at Citigroup, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $209. They changed their rating on BA to Buy from Neutral in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Thursday Morgan Stanley reduced its rating on AirSculpt Technologies Inc. (AIRS) stock to Eual-Weight from Overweight and assigned the price target to $8.5.
Morgan Stanley analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Sally Beauty Holdings Inc. (SBH) has been changed to Eual-Weight from Underweight and the new price target is set at $12.00.
Analysts at UBS downgraded Koninklijke Philips N.V. (PHG)'s stock to Sell from Neutral Thursday.

Adobe Inc. (ADBE), due to announce earnings after the market closes today, is expected to report earnings of $3.31 per share from revenues of $4.34B recently concluded three-month period.
