Good Morning!Stock futures slipped Friday morning as Wall Street headed for a losing week amid FedEx's dismal earnings warning.There was a drop of 181 points, or 0.58%, in Dow Jones Industrial Average futures. The S&P 500 futures fell 0.75 percent and the Nasdaq 100 futures fell 0.93%.Following FedEx's withdrawal of its full-year guidance, the company's shares plunged 15%. In response to soft global shipment volumes, the company will implement cost-saving measures as “macroeconomic trends significantly worsened.”A fourth decline in five weeks is on the way for the three major averages. This week, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 3.70%, while the S&P 500 fell 4.08%. A 4.62% drop is expected to be the worst weekly loss since June for the Nasdaq Composite.The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed Thursday at its lowest level since July 14 by losing 173 points, or 0.56%. The Nasdaq Composite was down 1.43%, while the S&P 500 slipped 1.13%.Markets are concerned about retesting June lows after the August consumer price index report showed an increasingly difficult path for the Fed to bring inflation down.

Syros Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: SYRS) shares are trading up 11.37% at $0.8123 at the time of writing following the announcement of stockholder approval of merger agreement with Tyme Technologies.
Shuttle Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. (SHPH) grew over 5.29% at $17.51 in pre-market trading today. The company recently announced that it has been awarded new HDAC inhibitor patents for cancer treatment.
New Gold Inc. (NGD), a Gold company, rose about 6.74% at $0.9126 in pre-market trading Friday. The firm provided an update on its Rainy River Mine following the heavy rainfall and flooding experienced around the Fort Frances area in northwestern Ontario during the second quarter of 2022.

Alcoa Corporation (AA) has won the favor of Morgan Stanley's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Equal-Weight to Overweight and moved their price target to $66.00, suggesting 53.01% additional upside for the stock.
Nexa Resources S.A. (NEXA) received an upgrade from analysts at Morgan Stanley, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $6.6. They changed their rating on NEXA to Overweight from Equal-Weight in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Friday Stifel reduced its rating on FedEx Corporation (FDX) stock to Hold from Buy and assigned the price target to $195.00.
Barclays analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Adobe Inc. (ADBE) has been changed to Equal-Weight from Overweight and the new price target is set at $340.00.
Analysts at Wells Fargo downgraded Avnet Inc. (AVT)'s stock to Underweight from Equal-Weight Friday.
