US stock indices declined on Wednesday after the release of reports from large retailers such as Target, TJX Cos. and Lowe's.The S&P 500 fell 0.3%, or 12.23 points, to 4688.67 points, while closing higher on Tuesday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.3%, or 52.28 points, to 15921.57 points, while the Nasdaq Composite fell 0.6%, or 211.17 points, to 35931.05 points.Visa Inc. fell 4.7% after Amazon.com Inc. said it would stop accepting credit card companies in the UK due to high fees.Tesla shares are up 3.3%. CEO Elon Musk sold an additional 934,000 shares on Tuesday for about $ 973 million, filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission showed.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades
Evercore ISI Group turned bullish on The Hain Celestial Group Inc. (HAIN), upgrading the stock to Outperform and assigning a $48.00 price target, representing a potential upside of 17.7% from Wednesday's close.
GoPro Inc. (GPRO) has won the favor of JP Morgan's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Neutral to Overweight and moved their price target to $15.00, suggesting 29.87% additional upside for the stock.
The Boeing Company (BA) received an upgrade from analysts at JP Morgan, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $275.00. They changed their rating on BA to Overweight from Neutral in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Thursday SVB Leerink reduced its rating on Atea Pharmaceuticals Inc. (AVIR) stock to Market Perform from Outperform and assigned the price target to $11.
B of A Securities analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Banco Santander Mexico SA ADR (BSMX) has been changed to Underperform from Buy and the new price target is set at $7.00.
Analysts at JP Morgan downgraded Activision Blizzard Inc. (ATVI)'s stock to Neutral from Overweight Thursday.

Analysts expect Farfetch Limited (NYSE:FTCH) to report a net income (adjusted) of -$0.36 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Sep 2021 is predicted to come in at $591.34M.
Nuance Communications Inc. (NUAN), due to announce earnings after the market closes today, is expected to report earnings of $0.18 per share from revenues of $352.9M recently concluded three-month period.
