US stocks fell on Monday, while the yield on 10-year US government bonds continued to rise after a three-day holiday.The S&P 500 fell 0.90 points, or less than 0.1%, to 4391.69 points, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 39.54 points, or 0.1%, to 34411.69 points, while The Nasdaq Composite Technology Index lost 18.72 points, or 0.1%, to 13,332.36. All three indexes fluctuated between slight growth and fall during the day.U.S. Treasury bond prices are falling again, pushing 10-year Treasury yields up to 2.861%, the highest close since December 2018. Since the beginning of April alone, government bond yields have risen by more than half a percentage point.

Barclays turned bullish on NorthWestern Corporation (NWE), upgrading the stock to "Equal-Weight" and assigning a $62.00 price target, representing potential upside of 3.54% from Tuesday's close.

Portland General Electric Company (POR) has won the favor of Barclays equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Underweight to Equal-Weight and moved their price target to $57.00, suggesting 6.96% additional upside for the stock.

TechnipFMC plc (FTI) received an upgrade from analysts at Societe Generale. They changed their rating on FTI to Buy from Hold in a recently issued research note.

Earlier Tuesday B of A Securities reduced its rating on Eastman Chemical Company (EMN) stock to Neutral from Buy and assigned the price target to $124.00.

Morgan Stanley analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Telephone and Data Systems Inc. (TDS) has been changed to Equal-Weight from Overweight and the new price target is set at $22.00.

Analysts at Barclays downgraded CMS Energy Corporation (CMS)'s stock to Equal-Weight from Overweight Tuesday.
