US stock indices S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite hit new all-time highs on Thursday after strong reports from Macy's and Kohl's, as well as official data indicating the continuation of the recovery in the US labor market.The S&P 500 rose 15.87 points, or 0.3%, to 4,704.54 points, retracing Wednesday's decline and hitting its 66th record close since the beginning of the year. The Nasdaq Composite also closed at an all-time high, climbing 72.14 points, or 0.5%, to 15,993.71 points. Meanwhile, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 60.10 points, or 0.2%, to 35,870.95 points.Stock indices have fluctuated this week amid the release of financial statements and concerns about further growth in consumer prices. The reporting is generally favorable, but some of the largest companies, including Target, have been hit by supply chain disruptions and increased costs.

Horizon Therapeutics Public Limited Company (HZNP) has won the favor of Goldman Sachs's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Neutral to Buy and moved their price target to $168.00, suggesting 56.73% additional upside for the stock.
Ingersoll Rand Inc. (IR) received an upgrade from analysts at Wells Fargo. They changed their rating on IR to Overweight from Equal-Weight in a recently issued research note.
