Cisco Systems (CSCO: -13.7%) reported a decline in revenue in the third fiscal quarter and a slowdown in the growth of the number of orders. The company noted problems with supply chains due to quarantine in China.
Patrick Frisk will step down as CEO and board member of Under Armor (UAA: -11.9%) on June 1st. Colin Brown will be appointed interim executive director.
Harley-Davidson (HOG: -9.3%) is suspending assembly and shipping of its products for two weeks due to a component issue with an unnamed supplier.

Banco de Chile (BCH) has won the favor of Grupo Santander's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Neutral to Outperform and moved their price target to $25.00, suggesting 25.75% additional upside for the stock.
Trex Company Inc. (TREX) received an upgrade from analysts at Exane BNP Paribas, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $75.00. They changed their rating on TREX to Neutral from Underperform in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Friday Telsey Advisory Group reduced its rating on Ross Stores Inc. (ROST) stock to Market Perform from Outperform and assigned the price target to $80.00.
Berenberg analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for PPG Industries Inc. (PPG) has been changed to Hold from Buy.
Analysts at Atlantic Equities downgraded Freshpet Inc. (FRPT)'s stock to Neutral from Overweight Friday.

Analysts expect Deere & Company (NYSE:DE) to report a net income (adjusted) of $6.71 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Apr 2022 is predicted to come in at $13.2B.
Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation (BAH), due to announce earnings before the market opens today, is expected to report earnings of $0.87 per share from revenues of $2.22B recently concluded three-month period.
