Good Morning!Futures for US stock indices are growing moderately on Wednesday, investors are waiting for the publication of the minutes of the meeting of the Federal Reserve System (Fed), according to trading data and an analyst's comment.Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Index (DJIA) are growing by 0.13%, to 34,171 points, futures for the NASDAQ high-tech companies index - by 0.16%, to 11,772.75 points, for the S&P 500 broad market index - by 0.19%, up to 4017.75 points.Later on Wednesday, the minutes of the November meeting of the Federal Reserve are expected to be published, in which the regulator will outline the economic situation in the country.

Guggenheim turned bullish on MacroGenics Inc. (MGNX), upgrading the stock to "Buy" and assigning a $12 price target, representing potential upside of 94.17% from Tuesday's close.
Tesla Inc. (TSLA) has won the favor of Citi's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Sell to Neutral and moved their price target to $176, suggesting 3.58% additional upside for the stock.
Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc. (ZBH) received an upgrade from analysts at Wells Fargo, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $124. They changed their rating on ZBH to Equal Weight from Underweight in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Wednesday JP Morgan reduced its rating on Noah Holdings Limited (NOAH) stock to Neutral from Overweight and assigned the price target to $15.
Cowen & Co. analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Lulu's Fashion Lounge Holdings Inc. (LVLU) has been changed to Market Perform from Outperform and the new price target is set at $4.34.
Analysts at Deutsche Bank downgraded Sibanye Stillwater Limited (SBSW)'s stock to Hold from Buy Wednesday.
