The trading session on March 23 ended with a decline in major US stock indices. The S&P 500 corrected 1.23% to 4456, the Dow Jones shed 1.29% and the Nasdaq shed 1.32%. Most sectors of the broad market index closed in the red. The exceptions were energy companies (+1.74%) and utility service providers (+0.17%). The most noticeable decline in quotations was demonstrated by the sectors of finance (-1.84) and healthcare (-1.77%).Company news
General Mills (GIS: +2.5%) raised its full-year key sales and earnings guidance. Management stressed the high demand and rising prices for products.
Tencent Holdings (TCEHY: -5.4%) posted its lowest revenue growth since 2004 due to tighter restrictions from Chinese regulators. Nevertheless, the company showed solid growth in net profit, exceeding expectations.
Adobe (ADBE: -9.3%) reported FY22 Q1, beating consensus revenue and earnings guidance, but management provided second-quarter guidance weaker than market expectations.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades
Keybanc turned bullish on Schnitzer Steel Industries Inc. (SCHN), upgrading the stock to Overweight and assigning a $58.00 price target, representing potential upside of 18.63% from Wednesday's close.
Johnson Controls International plc (JCI) has won the favor of Deutsche Bank's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Hold to Buy and moved their price target to $79.00, suggesting 21.99% additional upside for the stock.
Liberty Global plc (LBTYA) received an upgrade from analysts at Credit Suisse, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $35.00. They changed their rating on LBTYA to Outperform from Neutral in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Thursday Morgan Stanley reduced its rating on Alcoa Corporation (AA) stock to Equal-weight from Overweight and assigned the price target to $100.00.
Berenberg analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) has been changed to Hold from Buy and the new price target is set at $144.00.
Analysts at Jefferies downgraded Traeger Inc. (COOK)'s stock to Hold from Buy Thursday.
