Trading on November 23 at the main American stock markets ended mainly in the green zone. The S&P 500 Index added 0.17%, reaching 4690 points. The Dow Jones was the top gainer, gaining 0.55% while the Nasdaq was down 0.50%. There was an outflow of capital from “growth” securities to the “value” company. Power engineering companies (+ 3.04%) outperformed the market as a whole against the backdrop of rising oil prices. The underdogs included the sector of cyclical consumer goods (-0.63%), the main drop in which was caused by the correction of Tesla shares (TSLA: -4.13%), and telecoms (-0.4%).Company news

  • A federal jury found Walmart (WMT: + 0.71%), CVS Health (CVS: + 0.70%) and Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA: + 0.15%) guilty of developing the opioid crisis in two Ohio counties.

  • JM Smucker (SJM: + 5.7%) raised its revenue guidelines for 2022 as part of its third quarter report.

  • Zoom Video Communications (ZM: -14.7%) is correcting its share despite stronger-than-expected quarterly results.

BIOLASE Inc. (BIOL) stock soared 29.76% to $0.545 in the pre-market trading after receiving 180-day extension from Nasdaq to meet minimum bid price requirement.

Inspira Technologies Oxy B.H.N. Ltd. (NASDAQ: IINN) shares are trading up 37.41% at $3.93 at the time of writing after releasing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2021.

HP Inc. (HPQ) grew over 7.49% at $34.6 in pre-market trading today after announcing fiscal 2021 net revenue of $63.5 billion, up 12.1% from the prior-year period.

Futu Holdings Limited (FUTU), a Capital Markets company, rose about 2.19% at $55.5 in pre-market trading Wednesday. The company reported an 83.0% increase in revenues to HK$1,731.1 million (US$222.4 million), from HK$946.2 million in the third quarter of 2020.

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (GRUB) received an upgrade from analysts at JP Morgan. They changed their rating on GRUB to Overweight from Neutral in a recently issued research note.

Earlier Wednesday Baird reduced its rating on Titan Machinery Inc. (TITN) stock to Neutral from Outperform and assigned the price target to $41.00.

Jefferies analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Nordstrom Inc. (JWN) has been changed to Hold from Buy and the new price target is set at $30.00.

Analysts at Piper Sandler downgraded Anaplan Inc. (PLAN)'s stock to Neutral from Overweight Wednesday.

Banco BBVA Argentina S.A. (BBAR), due to announce earnings after the market closes today, is expected to report earnings of $0.14 per share from revenues of $227.48M in the recently concluded three-month period.
