Good Morning!U.S stock futures slipped Tuesday as market participants are keeping tabs on upcoming major technology earnings to gauge the economy's health.There was a slight decline in Dow Jones Industrial Average futures, which fell 130 points, or 0.4%. This was followed by drops of 0.4% in S&P 500 and 0.2% in Nasdaq 100 futures.Reports of a hiring freeze weighed on Amazon's shares in premarket trading, while downbeat Fiscal results prompted Discover Financial's shares fell more than 1%. Stocks had a strong day before these Tuesday's move.On Monday, the Dow gained 417.06 points, or 1.3%. Likewise, the Nasdaq Composite increased 0.9% and the S&P 500 was up 1.2%, with nine out of 11 sectors finishing positive.The biggest technology companies are due to report earnings on Tuesday, including Alphabet and Microsoft. In the coming days, Meta Platforms is expected to report, followed by Amazon and Apple on Thursday. The market is likely to be driven by any moves they make given their size and market capitalization.As of now, companies are doing better than anticipated this season. Part of the reason is that analysts have lowered their earnings estimates as a result of foreign exchange headwinds and other growth concerns in recent months. Thus, if the results turn out better than expected, the stock market will likely rally.On Tuesday, UPS, General Electric, Coca-Cola, and General Motors will release earnings reports. After the close of business on Tuesday, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Texas Instruments are scheduled to report.

Mullen Automotive Inc. (MULN) stock soared 18.5% to $0.5925 in the pre-market trading after announing that it has secured exclusive sales, distribution and branding rights to the new compact urban delivery electric vehicle, the I-GO.
Weber Inc. (NYSE: WEBR) shares are trading up 24.06% at $6.24 at the time of writing after after BDT Capital offered to buy WEBR for $6.25/share in cash.
The Aaron's Company Inc. (AAN) grew over 16.05% at $9.4 in pre-market trading today following the release of third quarter 2022 financial results.
Qualtrics International Inc. (XM), a Software - Application company, rose about 10.97% at $11.63 in pre-market trading Tuesday. The company recently declared Q3 2022 financial results.

Daiwa Capital turned bullish on Netflix Inc. (NFLX), upgrading the stock to "Outperform" and assigning a $250 price target, representing potential upside of 16.83% from Monday's close.
TechnipFMC plc (FTI) has won the favor of HSBC's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Hold to Buy and moved their price target to $13.5, suggesting 27.42% additional upside for the stock.
Planet Fitness Inc. (PLNT) received an upgrade from analysts at Piper Sandler, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $70. They changed their rating on PLNT to Overweight from Neutral in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Tuesday RBC Capital reduced its rating on Health Catalyst Inc. (HCAT) stock to Sector Perform from Outperform and assigned the price target to $9.
RBC Capital analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Equinox Gold Corp. (EQX) has been changed to Underperform from Sector Perform.
Analysts at Credit Suisse downgraded Arista Networks Inc. (ANET)'s stock to Neutral from Outperform Tuesday.

Analysts expect Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. (NYSE: CLF) to report a net income (adjusted) of $0.55 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Sep 2022 is predicted to come in at $5.81B.
General Electric Company (GE), due to announce earnings before the market opens today, is expected to report earnings of $0.46 per share from revenues of $18.62B recently concluded three-month period.
