Good Morning!On Wednesday morning, US stock futures fell as Alphabet reported weak earnings.A decline of 74 points, or 0.23%, was seen in Dow Jones Industrial Average futures. Similarly, the Nasdaq 100 futures declined 1.88% and S&P 500 slided 0.89%.As of last night, shares of Alphabet, parent company of Google, were down more than 6% after online search giant Google missed top-line and bottom-line targets. Investors also pondered the outlook for other tech companies that rely on ad revenue after Alphabet reported a decline in YouTube ad revenue.Meanwhile, other earnings reports led to a decline in other mega-cap tech stocks after hours. There was a 4.1% drop in Meta Platforms shares, and a 2% drop in Amazon shares.Microsoft fell about 3% following the company's latest quarterly results, which disclosed weaker-than-expected cloud revenue.As of Tuesday morning, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 337 points, or about 1.1%. S&P 500 was up 1.6%, and Nasdaq Composite rose 2.2%. It was the third consecutive day of gains for the major averages thanks to a drop in bond yields.Traders also await the latest economic data on weekly mortgage applications, wholesale inventories and new home sales.

Visa Inc. (NYSE: V) shares are trading up 1.33% at $196.96 at the time of writing following an announcement of its fiscal fourth quarter and full-year 2022 financial results,
Ensysce Biosciences Inc. (ENSC) grew over 51.51% at $0.3159 in pre-market trading today. The company is committed to finding a solution to the opioid crisis plaguing the US and other developed countries around the world.
Aileron Therapeutics Inc. (ALRN), a Biotechnology company, rose about 4.73% at $0.219 in pre-market trading Wednesday. The company presented detailed results from its completed Phase 1 study of ALRN-6924 in healthy volunteers at the EORTC-NCI-AACR International Conference.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades
Morgan Stanley turned bullish on Discover Financial Services (DFS), upgrading the stock to Overweight and assigning a $116 price target, representing potential upside of 16.02% from Tuesday's close.
Halliburton Company (HAL) has won the favor of Wells Fargo's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Equal-Weight to Overweight and moved their price target to $52, suggesting 48.74% additional upside for the stock.
Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc. (HLX) received an upgrade from analysts at BTIG, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $10. They changed their rating on HLX to Buy from Neutral in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Wednesday Wells Fargo reduced its rating on Baker Hughes Company (BKR) stock to Equal-Weight from Overweight and assigned the price target to $29.
Compass Point analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Washington Trust Bancorp Inc. (WASH) has been changed to Neutral from Buy and the new price target is set at $49.
Analysts at Raymond James downgraded Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. (REGN)'s stock to Underperform from Market Perform Wednesday.
