US stocks reported drop on Tuesday. Investors analyzed the reports of leading companies and continued to worry about inflation and the consequences of the spread of Covid-19 in China.Quotes gradually declined most of Tuesday, and by the end of the trading session, their decline accelerated. The S&P 500 closed down 2.8%, or 120.92 points, at 4175.20. The Dow Jones Industrial Average shed 2.4% or 809.28 points to close at 33240.18. The Nasdaq Composite dropped 4%, or 514.11 points, to 12490.74.All three indices may lose at least 4% by the end of the month. The Nasdaq, which posted its biggest single-day drop since September 2020 on Tuesday, has already fallen more than 12% since early April.

Visa Inc. (V) stock soared 5.17% to $211.5 in the pre-market trading after the company has selected five startups in 2022 cohort of its accelerator program.
Kintara Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: KTRA) shares are trading up 16.09% at $0.4034 at the time of writing after declaring that President and CEO Robert E. Hoffman will present a corporate overview at the Planet MicroCap Showcase 2022.
Lucid Group, Inc. (LCID) grew over 6.46% at $18.78 in pre-market trading today. The company recently reported an agreement with the Government of Saudi Arabia, under which the Government will purchase up to 100,000 vehicles over a ten-year period.
Mattel Inc. (MAT), a Leisure company, rose about 11.13% at $24.57 in pre-market trading Wednesday. MAT and Warner Bros. Pictures stated that J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot will produce Hot Wheels, a live-action motion picture featuring the iconic and timeless toy racing car.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades
HSBC turned bullish on Halliburton Company (HAL), upgrading the stock to "Buy" and assigning a $41.60 price target, representing potential upside of 18.48% from Tuesday's close.
Schlumberger Limited (SLB) has won the favor of HSBC's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Hold to Buy and moved their price target to $44.20, suggesting 11.79% additional upside for the stock.
Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (BAM) received an upgrade from analysts at Credit Suisse, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $71.50. They changed their rating on BAM to Outperform from Neutral in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Wednesday JP Morgan reduced its rating on The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (BK) stock to Neutral from Overweight and assigned the price target to $51.50.
Piper Sandler analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Capital One Financial Corporation (COF) has been changed to Neutral from Overweight and the new price target is set at $143.00.
Analysts at RBC Capital downgraded PotlatchDeltic Corporation (PCH)'s stock to Sector Perform from Outperform Wednesday.

Analysts expect The Boeing Company (NYSE:BA) to report a net income of -$0.12 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Mar 2022 is predicted to come in at $15.83B.
T-Mobile US Inc. (TMUS), due to announce earnings before the market opens today, is expected to report earnings of $0.32 per share from revenues of $20.11B recently concluded three-month period.
