Good Morning!On Monday, stock futures increased slightly, setting the stage for Wall Street to continue building on last week's progress.Futures linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 92 points, or 0.3%, with S&P 500 futures up 0.3% and Nasdaq-100 futures up 0.1%.In premarket trading, SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF (KRE) climbed more than 2%, with First Republic being the top-performing stock in the fund, soaring more than 24%, and PacWest also gaining more than 9%. Despite volatility due to the Federal Reserve's recent interest rate hike and the ongoing bank crisis, Wall Street had a successful week. The Nasdaq Composite led the major indexes upward with a 1.7% gain, followed by the S&P 500, which rose 1.4%, and the Dow, which increased by 1.2%.Meanwhile, the central bank's announcement of a quarter-point interest rate hike was in line with Wall Street's expectations, but it also hinted at the possibility of an end to interest rate hikes.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades

Citigroup turned bullish on KeyCorp (KEY), upgrading the stock to Buy and assigning a $20 price target, representing potential upside of 68.63% from Friday's close.

Corning Incorporated (GLW) has won the favor of Deutsche Bank's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Hold to Buy and moved their price target to $38, suggesting 15.61% additional upside for the stock.

Equinix Inc. (EQIX) received an upgrade from analysts at BMO Capital, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $785. They changed their rating on EQIX to Outperform from Market Perform in a recently issued research note.

Earlier Monday BMO Capital reduced its rating on Digital Realty Trust Inc. (DLR) stock to Market Perform from Outperform and assigned the price target to $100.

Baird analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Caterpillar Inc. (CAT) has been changed to Underperform from Neutral and the new price target is set at $185.

Analysts at Baird downgraded United Rentals Inc. (URI)'s stock to Underperform from Neutral Monday.

Analysts expect H World Group Limited (NASDAQ: HTHT) to report a net income (adjusted) of $0.17 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Dec 2022 is predicted to come in at $545.72M.

BioNTech SE (BNTX), due to announce earnings before the market opens today, is expected to report earnings of $8.61 per share from revenues of $4.25B recently concluded three-month period.
