Investors seem to be watching the cat out of the tree and are trying to anticipate the Federal Reserve's next steps. Volatility is also expected to remain low in the coming days. On Monday, May 31, the Americans are free because of Memorial Day. It is common to take Friday (and Thursday) off to make it a long weekend.There were, however, a number of notable outliers on the exhibition floor yesterday. Beyond Meat (+ 8.31%) announced a deal with KFC in China for a vegan chicken wrap. The share price of carmaker Ford rose by 8.55% after the company announced that it would invest more money in the development of electric driving. By 2025, the company wants to invest a total of $ 30 billion in the car of the future.Furthermore, oil and gas companies were in the spotlight after activist investors mingled at annual shareholder meetings. However, the prices of ExxonMobil, Chevron and Shell (+ 0.63%) were not hit.The stocks that were already in the spotlight twice earlier this year, after the popular reddit forum Wallstreet bets caused a short squeeze, are going up again. For example, the GameStop stock rose by 15.82% yesterday to above $ 242. The day before, the price also rose by 16% and the other 'meme shares' are also in the spotlight. For example, AMC Entertainment rose by more than 60% in one week and Bed Bath & Beyond rose by more than 11% yesterday.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades
Piper Sandler turned bullish on Magnolia Oil & Gas Corp. (MGY), upgrading the stock to "Overweight" and assigning a $16 price target, representing potential upside of 31.36% from Wednesday's close.
Ford Motor Company (F) has won the favor of RBC Capital's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Sector Perform to Outperform and moved their price target to $17, suggesting 22.30% additional upside for the stock.
Intuit Inc. (INTU) received an upgrade from analysts at Exane BNP Paribas, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $470. They changed their rating on INTU to Neutral from Underperform in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Thursday Keefe Bruyette reduced its rating on Deutsche Bank AG (DB) stock to Underperform from Market Perform.
BTIG analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for IAC/Interactivecorp (IAC) has been changed to Neutral from Buy.

Analysts expect The Gap Inc. (NYSE:GPS) to report a net income (adjusted) of -$0.05 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Apr 2021 is predicted to come in at $3.44B.
salesforce.com inc. (CRM), due to announce earnings after the market closes today, is expected to report earnings of $0.88 per share from revenues of $5.89B recently concluded three-month period.
