Good Morning!Investors seemed to ignore Meta Platforms' disappointing results early on Thursday morning, lifting stock futures slightly.In the late trading session, Facebook's shares tumbled nearly 20% after a weak fourth-quarter forecast. Meanwhile, ServiceNow's shares jumped more than 10% after it beat earnings expectations.S&P 500 futures gained 0.3%, while Nasdaq 100 futures rose 0.12%. Dow Jones Industrial Average futures increased by 116 points, or 0.36 %.Market was up and down on Wednesday as traders assessed weak quarter-end reports from Alphabet and Microsoft, and evaluated what that meant for Fed rate hikes and economic growth. S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite closed lower, snapping three-day winning streaks. It was the Dow Jones Industrial Average's fourth consecutive positive session since September, gaining 2.37 points to 31,839.11.For the week, all major averages are in the green, with the Dow and S&P both gaining more than 2% and Nasdaq gaining roughly 1%. The Dow is set to have a positive week for the fourth time since November 2021, when it ended a five-week streak.Amazon and Apple will report results today, which continue the trend of big technology earnings. A number of other companies are expected to report earnings, including Intel, McDonald's, Merck, and Caterpillar.Investors will also look forward to an advanced reading of U.S. GDP for the third quarter, which should give further clues as to the country's economic state.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades
Barclays turned bullish on Pinduoduo Inc. (PDD), upgrading the stock to Overweight and assigning a $70 price target, representing potential upside of 31.85% from Wednessday's close.
Annaly Capital Management Inc. (NLY) has won the favor of Barclays's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Equal-Weight to Overweight and moved their price target to $19, suggesting 6.41% additional upside for the stock.
AGNC Investment Corp. (AGNC) received an upgrade from analysts at Barclays, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $9. They changed their rating on AGNC to Overweight from Equal-Weight in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Thursday Morgan Stanley reduced its rating on Meta Platforms Inc. (META) stock to Equal-Weight from Overweight and assigned the price target to $105.
B. Riley Securities analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Century Communities, Inc. (CCS) has been changed to Neutral from Buy and the new price target is set at $44.
Analysts at RBC Capital downgraded Masco Corporation (MAS)'s stock to Sector Perform from Outperform Thursday.

Analysts expect Shopify Inc. (NYSE: SHOP) to report a net income (adjusted) of -$0.1 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Sep 2022 is predicted to come in at $1.81B.
PG&E Corporation (PCG), due to announce earnings before the market opens today, is expected to report earnings of $0.2 per share from revenues of $6B recently concluded three-month period.
