Good Morning!Futures on the Dow, NASDAQ Composite and S&P 500 indices were rebounding after the fall of the main indices the day earlier: Dow Jones and S&P 500 are rising by 0.5% and 0.7%, respectively, Nasdaq - by 0.9%.U.S. markets extended decline after falling in the previous week. Wall Street plunged into a bear market on Monday, benchmark 10-year Treasury yields rose more than 20 basis points to a 12-year high of 3.933%, and the dollar was at its peak in demand. The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended trading in a bearish trend zone (that is, it fell 20% or more from its last peak) for the first time since the start of the coronavirus pandemic.The market remains concerned about the prospects of a recession in the global economy due to the rapid increase in interest rates by the world's central banks to combat inflation, hitting multi-year records. In addition, risky assets are negatively affected by the dollar's rally, backed by hawkish statements and actions by the US Federal Reserve.Today, investors will keep an eye on US new home sales, Conference Board consumer confidence and durable goods.

Ocular Therapeutix Inc. (OCUL) grew over 13.64% at $6.0 in pre-market trading today. The company announced interim 7-month data from its U.S. Phase 1 clinical trial evaluating OTX-TKI for the treatment of Wet AMD.
Grom Social Enterprises Inc. (GROM), a Internet Content & Information company, rose about 19.2% at $0.3999 in pre-market trading Tuesday after announcing that it has secured the husband-wife writing team and best-selling authors, Chelsea and Matt Giegerich to Pen The Pirate Princess.

Keybanc turned bullish on Cogent Communications Holdings Inc. (CCOI), upgrading the stock to Overweight and assigning a $64.00 price target, representing potential upside of 25.27% from Monday's close.
BRF S.A. (BRFS) has won the favor of JPMorgan's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Underweight to Neutral.
Prologis Inc. (PLD) received an upgrade from analysts at Evercore ISI Group. They changed their rating on PLD to Outperform from In Line in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Tuesday Loop Capital reduced its rating on CS Disco Inc. (LAW) stock to Hold from Buy and assigned the price target to $10.00.
Goldman Sachs analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (KDP) has been changed to Neutral from Buy and the new price target is set at $37.00.
Analysts at Evercore ISI Group downgraded Douglas Emmett, Inc. (DEI)'s stock to In Line from Outperform Tuesday.

Analysts expect Jabil Inc. (NYSE:JBL) to report a net income (adjusted) of $2.14 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Aug 2022 is predicted to come in at $8.39B.
BlackBerry Limited (BB), due to announce earnings after the market closes today, is expected to report earnings of -$0.07 per share from revenues of $177.25M recently concluded three-month period.
