Good Morning!

Wall Street once again stayed close to home on Thursday. The S&P 500 took off with a small profit, closing 0.12% higher at 4,200 points. The Nasdaq closed almost flat and the Dow Jones index was the day's winner, up 0.41%. Investors seem predominantly positive last week. For example, the expanded infrastructure package could further stimulate the economic recovery. Republicans in the Senate made President Joe Biden a $ 928 billion "counteroffer" for the infrastructure plan on Thursday. However, that's far less than Biden's most recent $ 1.7 trillion offering.The jobless claims also showed that the American job market is getting better. Last week, a total of 405,000 claims were made for unemployment benefits. While that number is still well above the pre-corona norm, it is the lowest number since March 2020 and down again from the previous week's 444,000.

Sundial Growers Inc. (SNDL) stock soared 3.08% to $0.871 in the pre-market trading.

Nokia Corporation (NYSE: NOK) shares are trading up 3.55% at $5.25 at the time of writing following the agreement with Anterix to offer private LTE over low-band, dedicated spectrum.

Iterum Therapeutics plc (ITRM) grew over 19.51% at$1.47 in pre-market trading today after providing an update on NDA review.

salesforce.com inc. (CRM), a Software - Application company, rose about 4.73% at $236.52 in pre-market trading Friday.The company reported revenue of $5.96 billion for its latest quarter, up 23% from a year ago.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades

Morgan Stanley turned bullish on South Jersey Industries Inc (SJI), upgrading the stock to "Equal Weight" and assigning a $26 price target. 

DexCom, Inc. (DXCM) has won the favor of Wells Fargo's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Underweight to Equal Weight and moved their price target to $380. 

Petroleo Brasileiro ADR Reptg 2 (PBR) received an upgrade from analysts at JPMorgan, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $13. They changed their rating on PBR to Overweight from Neutral in a recently issued research note. 

Earlier Friday Benchmark reduced its rating on Autohome Inc (ATHM) stock to Hold from Buy. 

Barclays analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for GasLog Partners LP Unit (GLOP) has been changed to Underweight from Equal Weight.

Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Apr 2021 is predicted to come in at $1.53B.Hibbett Sports Inc. (HIBB), due to announce earnings before the market opens today, is expected to report earnings of $2.77 per share from revenues of $412.92M recently concluded three-month period.
