Good Morning!

The S&P 500 closed the day with 0.07% gain. The Nasdaq 100, on the other hand, went down 0.30%. T-Mobile was the strongest company in the technology index, while Verisk Analytic was the weakest. The Dow Jones was able to hit a new all-time intraday high yesterday, but there was no significant breakout.The Dow price appears to be moving sideways since April 20. The strongest share in the Dow Jones was Dow Inc while Boeing was the weakest company in the oldest US stock index. We saw a mixed picture in Asia. The Japanese Nikkei index was up 1.8%, Shanghai Composite up 0.45% and the broad CSI300 was down 0.20%.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades

Evercore ISI Group turned bullish on Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. (RARE), upgrading the stock to "Outperform" and assigning a $144.0 price target, representing potential upside of 7.02% from Wednesday's close.

National Grid plc (NGG) has won the favor of Berenberg's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Hold to Buy.

Cumulus Media Inc. (CMLS) received an upgrade from analysts at B. Riley FBR, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $14.0. They changed their rating on CMLS to Buy from Neutral in a recently issued research note.

Earlier Wednesday Mizuho reduced its rating on Pfizer Inc. (PFE) stock to Neutral from Buy and assigned the price target to $42.0. With shares trading at around $39.97, the Wall Street firm thinks Pfizer Inc.'s stock could add than -3.22%.

DA Davidson analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for General Finance Corporation (GFN) has been changed to Neutral from Buy and the new price target is set at $19.0.

Analysts at National Bank Of Canada downgraded DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. (DRTT)'s stock to Sector Perform from Outperform on Thursday.

Analysts expect Peloton Interactive Inc. (NASDAQ:PTON) to report a net income (adjusted) of -$0.12 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Mar 2021 is predicted to come in at $1.11B.

AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. (AMC), due to announce earnings after the market closes today, is expected to report earnings of -$1.3 per share from revenues of $153.43M recently concluded three-month period.
