Futures for the Dow Jones declined Friday morning, along with those for S&P 500 and Nasdaq. Investors await the U.S. jobs report for April to see how it will affect monetary policy. After a series of rather disappointing indicators in recent days, investors expect the creation of 380,000 jobs in April, after 431,000 in March. The unemployment rate is expected at 3.5%, compared to 3.6% in March, which would correspond to the level of February 2020.U.S. stock market faced significant declines on May 5 after the announcement of a sharp drop in productivity in the first quarter, raising fears of a further acceleration in inflation. The S&P 500 fell 3.56% to 4146 points, the Dow Jones lost 3.3% and the Nasdaq fell 5.2%. All sectors included in the broad market index closed last trading session in the red zone. Stocks in the tech sector took a greater hit than those in the media sector following a rally the previous day.

Funko Inc. (NASDAQ: FNKO) shares are trading up 21.41% at $20.3 at the time of writing. The company reported that the chernin group-led consortium to acquire $263 million in Funko, a leading pop culture lifestyle brand.
DoorDash Inc. (DASH) grew over 6.67% at $78.03 in pre-market trading today after declaring first quarter 2022 financial results.
Opendoor Technologies Inc. (OPEN), a Real Estate Services company, rose about 14.13% at $8.16 in pre-market trading Friday. The company reported highest quarterly revenue of $5.2 billion, up 590% versus 1Q21.

Top Upgrades & Downgrades
Stifel turned bullish on Hersha Hospitality Trust (HT), upgrading the stock to "Buy" and assigning a $14.50 price target, representing potential upside of 45.58% from Thursday's close.
Pactiv Evergreen Inc. (PTVE) has won the favor of RBC Capital's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Sector perform to Outperform and moved their price target to $13.00, suggesting 27.08% additional upside for the stock.
TPI Composites Inc. (TPIC) received an upgrade from analysts at Roth Capital, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $16.00. They changed their rating on TPIC to Buy from Neutral in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Friday JP Morgan reduced its rating on iRobot Corporation (IRBT) stock to Underweight from Neutral and assigned the price target to $45.00.
Mizuho analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Black Hills Corporation (BKH) has been changed to Neutral from Buy and the new price target is set at $76.00.
Analysts at Roth Capital downgraded fuboTV Inc. (FUBO)'s stock to Neutral from Buy Friday.

Analysts expect Intercept Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:ICPT) to report a net income of -$0.91 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Mar 2022 is predicted to come in at $90.49M.
Under Armour Inc. (UAA), due to announce earnings before the market opens today, is expected to report earnings of $0.06 per share from revenues of $1.32B recently concluded three-month period.
