Good Morning!

Excitement fills the air as U.S. stock futures hold steady on Tuesday, following a triumphant turnaround that halted a three-day decline. All eyes are on the horizon as traders eagerly await the release of key inflation data later this week. While the S&P 500 futures show a slight dip, Nasdaq-100 futures confidently nudge higher by a mere 0.05%. Meanwhile, the Dow Jones Industrial Average futures, despite a 57-point drop, remain steadfast, ready for what lies ahead.Fresh off a positive session, the major averages revel in their recent gains. Just yesterday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average soared by an impressive 209.52 points, equivalent to a 0.62% surge, while the S&P 500 celebrated a solid 0.24% advance.Although the Nasdaq Composite experienced a more modest increase of 0.18%, the overall sentiment remains optimistic.Anticipation builds as the forthcoming release of the June consumer price index report on Wednesday and the June producer price index on Thursday promises to illuminate whether the decline in inflation has persisted. These crucial insights will not only shape the direction of interest rates but also set the stage for the Federal Reserve's upcoming July 25-26 meeting, where investors have already factored in a quarter-point increase. However, lingering uncertainty looms over the central bank's course of action at its September meeting, as last week's robust jobs data fueled concerns that policymakers may resume their rate hikes following the pause witnessed in June.
