Good Morning!Good news for investors! Stock futures are slightly up this Tuesday morning, as anticipation for the Federal Reserve's May policy meeting builds. The Dow Jones Industrial Average futures rose 0.08%, while S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 futures also made gains of 0.07% and 0.08% respectively. Although yesterday's regular trading session saw modest losses, investors can look forward to today's reports on job openings, factory orders, and light vehicle sales, along with earnings reports from companies such as Uber, Pfizer, and Molson Coors. Keep an eye out for updates on the US debt ceiling, as Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen warns that the country may run out of measures to pay its debts by June 1st.

Lilium N.V. (NASDAQ: LILM) shares are trading up 38.31% at $0.53 at the time of writing after announcing a capital raise for up to $250 million, with $100 million funded at close.

Morgan Stanley turned bullish on HP Inc. (HPQ), upgrading the stock to Equal-Weight and assigning a $31 price target, representing a potential upside of 3.49% from Monday's close.
PENN Entertainment Inc. (PENN) has won the favor of Roth MKM's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Neutral to Buy and moved their price target to $40, suggesting a 31.02% additional upside for the stock.
Annaly Capital Management Inc. (NLY) received an upgrade from analysts at Piper Sandler, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $21.5. In a recently issued research note, they changed their rating on NLY to Overweight from Neutral.
Earlier Tuesday Citigroup reduced its rating on Coinbase Global Inc. (COIN) stock to Neutral from Buy and assigned the price target to $65.
HC Wainwright & Co. analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for IVERIC bio Inc. (ISEE) has been changed to Neutral from Buy and the new price target is set at $40.
Analysts at Jefferies downgraded Chegg Inc. (CHGG)'s stock to Hold from Buy Tuesday.

Top US earnings releases scheduled for today include Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE). It will announce its Mar 2023 financial results. The company is expected to report earnings of $0.98 per share from revenues of $16.59B in the three-month period.
Analysts expect Uber Technologies Inc. (NYSE: UBER) to report a net income (adjusted) of -$0.09 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Mar 2023 is predicted to come in at $8.72B.
Ford Motor Company (F), due to announce earnings after the market closes today, is expected to report earnings of $0.41 per share from revenues of $36.08B recently concluded three-month period.
