Good Morning!Excitement is in the air as U.S. stock futures show an upward trend on Wednesday, with investors eagerly anticipating the Federal Reserve's latest policy decision. The Dow Jones Industrial Average futures are leading the pack with a climb of 36 points, or 0.1%, while the S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 futures are not far behind, showing a rise of 0.13% and 0.16% respectively.Ford Motor and coffee giant Starbucks have both surpassed analysts' expectations on the top and bottom lines in their latest quarter. However, in an unexpected turn of events, both stocks are facing a decline in the premarket. Nevertheless, all eyes remain on the highly anticipated policy announcement by the Federal Reserve.Scheduled for 2 p.m. ET, the Fed's policy announcement will be accompanied by a news conference at 2:30 p.m. ET led by the Fed Chair, Jerome Powell. According to data from the CME Group's FedWatch tool, traders are pricing in an 86% chance of a 25 basis point increase in interest rates. With all eyes on the Fed, Wall Street will closely observe whether the central bank will continue its rate hiking campaign or press pause on future increases.After a rough session on Tuesday, with the Dow, S&P 500, and Nasdaq all falling more than 1%, concerns of contagion in the regional banking sector have been weighing heavily on the market. The First Republic Bank's collapse and subsequent takeover by JPMorgan has only added fuel to the fire. Investors are eagerly waiting for the Fed's policy decision, hoping for some positive news to turn things around.

Morgan Stanley turned bullish on Globalstar Inc. (GSAT), upgrading the stock to Equal-Weight and assigning a $0.97 price target, representing a potential upside of 11.79% from Tuesday's close.
Prosperity Bancshares Inc. (PB) has won the favor of Wolfe Research's equity research team. The firm upgraded the shares from Underperform to Outperform and moved their price target to $68, suggesting a 14.96% additional upside for the stock.
E2open Parent Holdings Inc. (ETWO) received an upgrade from analysts at Credit Suisse, who also set their one-year price target on the stock to $5. They changed their rating on ETWO to Neutral from Underperform in a recently issued research note.
Earlier Wednesday Baird reduced its rating on Premier Inc (PINC) stock to Neutral from Outperform and assigned the price target to $30.
Canaccord Genuity analysts reduced their investment ratings, saying in research reports covered by the media that its rating for Thomson Reuters Corporation (TRI) has been changed to Hold from Buy and the new price target is set at $131.
Analysts at Wolfe Research downgraded Comerica Incorporated (CMA)'s stock to Peer Perform from Outperform Wednesday.

Top US earnings releases scheduled for today include Barrick Gold Corporation (NYSE:GOLD). It will announce its Mar 2023 financial results. The company is expected to report earnings of $0.11 per share from revenues of $2.59B in the three-month period.
Analysts expect Hanesbrands Inc. (NYSE: HBI) to report a net income (adjusted) of -$0.07 per share, when the company releases its quarterly results shortly. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Mar 2023 is predicted to come in at $1.36B.
The Kraft Heinz Company (KHC), due to announce earnings before the market opens today, is expected to report earnings of $0.6 per share from revenues of $6.4B recently concluded three-month period.
