As of 11:29 AM ET, the Dow was down -104.9 points, or -0.2453%, at $42657.98. The Nasdaq Composite added 34.21 points, or 0.16%, at $21796. The S&P 500 rose 0.75 points, or 0.01%, at $6001.11. Among the 11 major S&P 500 sectors, 7 showed negative movement, with Financials leading the way with a -1.18% decrease.

This week could prove pivotal for market sentiment, with a slate of high-impact events on the horizon.

In the U.S., Apple’s 2025 Worldwide Developers Conference kicks off Monday. The tech giant’s stock has struggled in recent months, down over 18% year-to-date.

Top Movers: Under $10

This comes after the company announced the findings of pre-clinical studies indicating the potential of elevating Klotho gene expression to simultaneously reduce the age-associated degeneration in multiple organs, increasing both life and health span.

Know Labs Inc (KNW) zoomed 120.40% in today’s trade to $3.44 after announcing that it has entered into an agreement with Goldeneye 1995 LLC, an affiliate of fintech investor, entrepreneur, and former Ripple Chief Risk Officer, Greg Kidd, to acquire a controlling interest in the Company.

In current trading, Synaptogenix Inc (SNPX) stock is at $3.56 after announcing its launch of a differentiated cryptocurrency treasury strategy focused exclusively on the artificial intelligence (AI) crypto token "TAO," which is currently the top AI token by market capitalization and adoption.

Citius Pharmaceuticals Inc (CTXR) rose 33.37% in the early hours of today's trading to move at $1.13 after announcing that it has entered into a distribution services agreement with Cardinal Health (CAH).

In the current trading session, Oblong Inc (OBLG) jumped 40.65% to $4.36 over a previous close of $3.10 after announcing that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement to raise approximately $7.5 million through the sale of 1,989,392 shares of common stock at $3.77 per share in a private placement priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules.
